The Pines is the quintessential Australian beach shack. perched on the frontal sand dune literally a stone’s throw from the high water mark. Cool off under majestic Norfolk pines and enjoy the unencumbered ocean view*. *One of, if not the best of any spot in Teewah. Renovated in a seaside style, the shack accommodates a maximum of 6 guests (maximum of 3 adults) and is perfect for a couple with a dog or one family.
Other features include an open dinning / lounge room, two bedrooms, one with double bed, bedside tables and a corner chair, the other with two sets of single bed bunks and air-conditioning, a front veranda with sun lounges and an Oceanside deck with a dinning setting for eight guests. Other features include a galley style kitchen, bathroom, powder room, laundry and a beautiful timber open air screened pavilion with dual showers. If the south east winds whip up and you still want to be outside you can retreat to the back garden to an expansive deck for dinning, bbq and lounge that steps off onto lawn areas.

Bond & Breaches
Bond is $300 per week or part thereof. For example if you book for 9 nights it would be $600. Bond shall be drawn upon for any damage, loss or cleaning over and above the normal housekeeping service. Exceeding gathering limits will be an immediate loss of bond and failure to act immediately on instructions to comply from the owner directly or through neighbours, agents, authorities or contractors may result in eviction from the property without return of rent or bond monies paid.
Gathering are not encouraged and must be small, specifically no more than Ten (10) people (including house guests) and not too late. The house facilities cannot cater for large numbers and the property is nestled amongst close neighbours and friends of the owner.

A large tank located behind the shed in the back garden supplies all points (except the cold water tap at the kitchen sink which supplies drinking water and the irrigation tap located adjacent to the electrical meter box attached to the southern side of the house) and runs through an on demand pressure pump located in the shed. Water Pump Switch is located on house side of shed - to be switched on and off when arriving and departing.
A single purpose tank supplies the right hand tap in the kitchen sink. This is gravity feed so don’t expect high pressure.
Septic and Grey Water System
The house is serviced by a septic system and grease trap replaced in 2014. Absolutely No sanitary products to be flushed down the toilet. Please utilise the small bin beside the toilet. No oil or fat to be flushed into the kitchen sink or any basin. Please dispose of this to the bin or garden/bush.
Automated garden irrigation system programmed to irrigate between 12am and 4am on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. This can be turned off with the flow lever in the steel box beside the electrical meter box attached to the southern side of the house. The bore pump is a submersible located some 30 feet below the front lawn and will not make a sound. The bore water does have a brackish smell and will stain.

Pulsing Fan Noise or Dimming Lights
Given Teewah is at the end of the supply from Energex we experience heightened pulse signals thatare contained in the electricity system for turning switches on and from time to time you may hear a pulse in the fans or see the lights dim. This is not as a result of any failure of the system in the house and is of no danger, just part and parcel of Teewah living unfortunately.
Severe Weather Events:
Should a severe weather warning for this location from the Australian Bureau of Meteorology be announced that included dangerous winds or wind gusts it is recommended that tenants vacate the property to avoid the period where the severe winds are present. The rent associated with any lost nights will be refunded in full in these circumstances should the tenants vacate. The reason is that whilst the large Norfolk pines close to the house have been check by an arborist and deemed healthy and safe - the owners do not wish to be held liable for any property damage or personal injury in the event a tree or large branch comes down.
Should power failure occur in the network the tenants are permitted to connect the portable Honda petrol generator to supply the house. The generator is located in the shed and tenants will need to relocate to the front southern side of the house near the electrical meter box. Inside the meter box is a cable to plug into the generator. Once connected the isolator switch (located furthest to the right in the switch panel within the meter box) will need to be push into the up position. We mains power resumes for the village simply reverse the process. Please advise if the generator was used so that additional unleaded fuel and be purchased.
Please note that in severe weather events the old shack dose a leak spot between the kitchen and the laundry and we recommend that a towel be placed on the floor for safety reasons.

By booking holiday accommodation through Teewah Beach Escapes Pty Ltd you are agreeing to the following:
1/..The property is for the sole use of the number of persons specified on the booking (eg: if the property takes 8 persons there is only to be 8 persons staying at the property) and only those persons are authorized to use the premises
2/..All Properties have a $300 Bond refundable if, the property is left as you found it. If any damages, breakages or house needs cleaning this will be taken out of the bond and balance refunded. If any rubbish is left at the property $100 will be automatically taken out.. If the number of persons exceeds the amount the property allows then NO BOND MONIES will be refunded
3/..All noise and music is to be reduced by 10pm and cease completely by Midnight, if this is not adhered to you will be removed from the property see next note below “If Police are called to a complaint of excessive noise and a direction is given and not complied with, Police will seize whatever item is making the noise and the hirer will be required to attend court. The seized item can be picked up Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm at Noosa Heads Police Station. Police will attend 24 hours irrespective of barge times.”
4/..The property tenants are asked to respect their surrounds and neighboring properties
5/..If you are booking for others please make sure they view the terms and conditions as well, but remember the person that books the property/ies is responsible for those you invite along
6/..Any unruly behavior or extra amounts of persons occupying the property will put the tenants at risk of having their booking terminated with no refund
7/..There are to be NO tents or any other type of portable accommodation erected on the property.
8/..Pets are not allowed on the property unless prior arrangements have been approved by owners. If any pet is found to be inhabiting the property this may result in the tenants booking being terminated. Also if flees infest the property the tenant will be ordered to pay for pest spraying of the property
9/..All Properties are NON - SMOKING
10/..There is NO rubbish dump in Teewah Village so please take ALL of your rubbish with you on your departure. There are rubbish bins at the first cutting, 14 kms north of Teewah and in Teewah Beach Road near the ferry about 500mts dowwn the gravel road
11/..Please ensure the BBQ`s are cleaned after use.
12/..NO UNREGISTERED motorbikes, quad bikes or vehicles are to be used around Teewah Village.
13/..The property owners cannot be liable for unforeseen circumstances ie; power failure due to storms, electrical malfunction, bad weather, etc
14/..Check in time is 2pm Check out is 10am. Check to see if these times can be changed
15/..A deposit of 50% is payable on booking, balance payable in full five (5 Days) prior to arrival date. When booked online the full amount is payable
16/..Tariffs are current as per rates on Teewah Beach Escapes Pty Ltd website and brochures and are subject to change without notice
17/..There are to be NO FIRE CRACKERS OR FIRE WORKS at any of the properties rented through Teewah Beach Escapes Pty Ltd, if so this will lead to immediate eviction
18/..If there is a TOTAL FIRE BAN this means NO FIRES WHATSOEVER please check the local authorities regarding these regulations and regarding fires in pits
If you are in breach of the terms and conditions and your reservation of the property is terminated we (agent) and/or the property owner is authorized to do everything necessary to remove you from the said property. If you are removed from the said property you forfeit any balance of tariffs, which will be forwarded to the owner. There will be no refund of any monies if you booking is terminated
Low Season……Bookings cancelled 30 days or more prior to the booking arrival date will incur a 12% booking fee on the total of the accommodation and refund of balance Bookings cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival date will incur 50% booking. If re-booked for the same period will incur a 12% booking fee of the total accommodation and refund of balance
