The lower level consists of an airconditioned main bedroom (king bed) with ensuite and spa bath, bar area and self contained laundry with washer, dryer and ironing facilities.
Head upstairs to the open plan living space with marble topped kitchen island bench, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with cold water and an ice machine. Why not make yourself a cuppa with the breville coffee machine to enjoy in the sitting area with ocean breezes filtering through the expansive windows.
Another main bedroom (king bed) with walk in robe and ensuite as well as a third air conditioned bedroom upstairs (Queen bed), there is also a bunk room with 3 sets of single bunk beds perfect for the children.

The house has WIFI which you can utilise as the phone reception is sometimes intermittent.
Head up to the ‘whale deck’ to enjoy a beverage whilst watching the sunset over the water.
Other points to note…
Teewah village is a unique beachside location on top of the sand dunes. A 4WD is required for a pleasant 10min drive along the Cooloola stretch of beach.
There is a double lock up garage for guests to use as well as space for two additional cars on the driveway.
